UNSEEN MIRROR

A Pattern Observation System
Team

The people behind the observation.

UNSEEN MIRROR brings together coaches and practitioners who share the same direction: observe what is happening, understand what repeats, and help people develop skills through awareness.

One philosophy. Different practices.

Each person brings a different field of experience, but the method stays the same.

Whether the context is sport, movement, private support, workshops, or team development, the intention remains consistent: build awareness, reveal patterns, and support clearer action.

Baptiste Joly
Founder / Pattern Observation

Baptiste Joly

Founder of UNSEEN MIRROR. French tennis coach, certified mental preparation practitioner, and performance observer with more than 25 years of coaching experience across Europe and Asia.

French — Native English — Advanced

For more than 25 years, Baptiste has worked in environments where observation, performance, and decision-making matter. His career has taken him across France, Switzerland, Greece, Japan, Cambodia, and Thailand, coaching players of different ages and levels, from beginners to high-performance athletes.

He has worked with national teams, international junior players, and competitive athletes, including participation in the SEA Games, Davis Cup campaigns, and international junior development programs.

Alongside coaching, he developed a strong interest in mental preparation, decision-making under pressure, and pattern recognition through years of observation, performance coaching, and trading. These experiences led to the creation of UNSEEN MIRROR: a Pattern Observation System designed to help people observe their moments, follow their path, and discover what repeats over time.

Alessandro Pucci
Movement / Martial Arts / Body Awareness

Alessandro Pucci

What lies behind the way the human body moves, adapts, and learns? This question has guided Alessandro for many years, leading him to explore the principles behind movement and the way the body develops through practice.

Long before he could fully describe it, Alessandro was drawn to discovering what the body could do: how it could move, learn, and transform through practice. This curiosity shaped the way he approached every discipline he studied. He was never interested only in learning techniques, but in understanding the principles behind them: why the body moves in a certain way, how efficiency is created, and how awareness can influence performance.

His years as a competitive tennis player and a serious injury became important turning points. During rehabilitation, he began to see the body from a different perspective. Recovery was not simply about rebuilding strength, but about understanding movement itself: how the body adapts, compensates, and finds balance.

As his study of martial arts deepened, he felt the need to immerse himself in the traditions and environment where they were born. This path brought him to China, where he spent four years dedicated to the practice of traditional Kung Fu. Living closer to the roots of the traditions he had studied for years, he trained many hours each day in traditional settings, including temples and pagodas surrounded by nature.

Today, Alessandro shares what this journey has taught him. His approach is not based on simply teaching techniques, but on helping students develop a deeper awareness of their own bodies. Through understanding and practice, he aims to give them the tools to explore movement independently and continue progressing beyond the lessons themselves.
